"It doesn't hurt, anymore." Is the story about Cricket, a confused teenager, amateur scientist, budding romantic ... a boy with a big problem: his mother's cancer. In his struggle to save his mother, he invents a serum that leads to his own addiction, failed romance, and ultimately having to face his mother's mortality.
