Our production team and subcontractors are non-union AND we work in accordance with the following union practices:
- All meals must be provided by the production team. A 10-hour shoot includes 1 meal and rest (5-6 hours into the shoot) and also includes craft services (snacks and drinks). If production exceeds 10 hours, a second meal must be included.
- Our production team workdays are 10 hours. Any extra hour (or partial hour) working overtime is “time & half” per hour of their respective day rate. Ex. $250 day rate equals $25 an hour. “Time & half” equals $37.5 per overtime hour. Production days begin at call time and finish at “wrap” for the final shot.
- Contracts for labor will be separate and will reflect that working environments will be professional and respectful towards everyone on set.
