  7. Insured projects must reflect Banzai Entertainment Inc in the insurance coverage and show that our equipment in our location in Mexico is covered. This does not remove the personal liability outlined above nor the need for equipment wrangler/security personnel.
  8. Observed abuse of equipment will result in immediate removal of equipment and 100% loss of the amount paid.

Our production team and subcontractors are non-union AND we work in accordance with the following union practices:

  • All meals must be provided by the production team. A 10-hour shoot includes 1 meal and rest (5-6 hours into the shoot) and also includes craft services (snacks and drinks). If production exceeds 10 hours, a second meal must be included.
  • Our production team workdays are 10 hours. Any extra hour (or partial hour) working overtime is “time & half” per hour of their respective day rate. Ex. $250 day rate equals $25 an hour. “Time & half” equals $37.5 per overtime hour. Production days begin at call time and finish at “wrap” for the final shot.
  • Contracts for labor will be separate and will reflect that working environments will be professional and respectful towards everyone on set.
